I’ve used Trustworthy Cleaning Services for a move out and for more regular cleaning services. They’re generally reliable and good. The price is reasonable for the service provided. I’d say the only drawback is that their staff sometimes initially goes to the wrong address. This has happened twice now. I’m not sure what causes the navigation issues. Otherwise, I’ve been happy.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are FAR from trustworthy. Besides the several calls and texts I received for the company changing the scheduled time for my move out clean the day of, I was also never notified of a completion of a clean, or that my very expensive clothing and carpets would be STOLEN from my washer and dryer. Move outs are incredibly stressful as is and I had other scheduled appointments at my new location. Since I didn’t have a washer and dryer at my new location, I was doing all my laundry for my clothing and carpets at my rental property that I was moving out of. No where in the contract or estimate for Trustworthy Cleaning Services does it say anything about cleaning a washer or dryer or removing items from them. I’ve been back and forth on the phone for days now with the cleaning company and I’ve received excuse after excuse about where my belongings were put. I...

Cleaning job was fine, but we had to replace our garbage disposal after a metal scrubbing pad went down it. We have not purchased, used, or owned one in this time and the only people in the home were the cleaning crew. Obviously this leads me to believe this happened due to the cleaning. $400 to replace and Trustworthy won’t return my calls to discuss.

Accidents happen, but this is unacceptable and no call back. Clearly I would not recommend
