Very professional. They serviced my gas furnace and checked out my hot water heater. The previous plumber I had called out didn't even understand the venting situation with my hot water heater and they left and came back just to re-light the pilot light... Mound, on the other had, was immediately able to identify the setup and diagnose what had happened. I'll be using them for regular service going forward.
