The food is incredible. Alvin takes such care in the preparation and presentation it's amazing. I knew my people were impressed ....they got to eating straight away and went back for seconds and thirds. TruBBQ catered our work event in American Canyon. The food was amazing, Alvin was so nice and so easy to work with. You can taste the smoky delicious flavor in their meat, it was some of the best REAL BBQ, I have ever had! Highly recommend. Read more >

Alvin and his crew came to cater our corporate Picnic of 150 people. They came on-site organized with beautiful decor of sunflowers and tablecloths to match our decor. The team was professional, and genuinely happy to be there at our event. Not to mention that the BBQ was yummy! The Brisket and the 'fall off the bone' ribs were a hit with everyone.
