I was referred to TruBBQ from 3 different friends that had used them before. One friend used them for a large sit down wedding of over 200 guests, another attended a corporate function for about 125 people and I think the other was a smaller event of 75 at a graduation. So I felt confident they could do a great job for my daughters birthday. I wanted a great presentation with a variety of food. They delivered! On time, set up was beautiful, dry ice under dishes made a beautiful presentation. My guests enjoyed the selection of not only the best brisket we ever had but the salmon was glazed oto perfection. Even the side dishes were great I liked the Mac and cheese the best.

My family threw a surprise birthday celebration and hired TruBBQ to do the catering. The food was
A-MAZ-ING and absolutely mouthwatering! Every single dish was delicious but The Brisket, the Smoked, Habanero Chicken, and the Smoked Mac and Cheese were the families favorites!!! They hired his team to set up and serve, which was perfect because it allowed all of the family to simply enjoy our time together with out having to monitor the food.
