Thank you for making this a great experience. This was my first time ordering and the food was outstanding. The brisket was tender moist and flavorful. I hired TruBBQ to cater the repass meal after my husband’s memorial service. I was a little dubious because I had never heard of them. My husband loved barbecue, so I thought it was very appropriate. Alvin and his crew did not disappoint me. He met with me beforehand, and brought generous samples of the type of food they serve. I thought it was very good, despite the fact that I’m not a fan of barbecue, but I liked everything that he brought for us to try. They did not disappoint when they catered the meal. It was beautifully and efficiently set up, with more than enough food for the amount of people that attended, and everything was kept the right temperature.
