I have called this place several times and left many voicemails that went unanswered for WEEKS. Was asking for a pushed up appointment due to increased seizures, and when the appointment finally came around, I was told “not to call for medical advice”. I was asking for a sooner appointment to work out my medications, not for advice. Recently, my health has declined even further, and this office refuses to see me any sooner than two weeks out. I was told that by my ER doctor that they are required to see me within two days, but they instead told us to contact our primary care doctor. I already have, and the appointment for that is even further out, and they always refer us back to our neurologist with no help anyways. The previous neurologist we saw here was rude and dismissive. I haven’t met the new one, but I doubt they’re going to be any better.

Office was disheveled and looked as if it needed to be unpacked. Blood pressure was taken with a wrist cuff you would purchase at Walgreens. Provider was condescending, dismissive and short, I was told to screenshot my current portal of test results to send to them. Was not called for a reminder, I called to confirm. PCM ordered an MRI, when I told them about it they said it's not relevant to today's appointment. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had...when I called to speak to the office manager she gave the same attitude as the provider. Will never recommend this provider, clearly just here to take advantage of a lack of services in Fairbanks.

Yes, They are telehealth which is why I was hesitant but I was very sick and sent urgently to Rheumatologist Dr. Hassan!
The other Rheumatologist I have had in the past ignored my symptoms and wouldn’t even look at pictures of my Skin rashes I had.
Dr. Hassan did and upon his review and further testing, I was diagnosed with a Rare Autoimmune disease called Clinically Amyopathic Dermatomyositis ! He started me on treatment promptly!
He is Well educated, listens to me and is thorough!
I will not see another Rheumatologist and I will follow him around on a computer for as long as I can!
