The receptionist is awesome. She takes time to listen to what you have to say. She takes time to listen and take care and give you bad feedback. She also is very prompt and fast doing what she’s got to do and the doctor that I have seen he’s amazing and I just love the place. Thank you so much.

I am so glad I went to Troy Medical! For too long Fairbanks has not had a rheumatologist. I could never get care, doctors outside of Fairbanks refused to treat me unless I would travel back EVERY month. Since going to Troy Medical, I am finally being treated for my reactive arthritis and finally feel heard. I was nervous about it being a telehealth appointment but I am so glad I did. I can get all my labs and testing done here locally, then meet with my Dr. Very impressed with the level of care I am receiving. Thank you Troy Medical for giving me my life back!

It's great to have specialists available here in Fairbanks. It's a little weird at first not having the Dr in the room but soon it becomes just like any other Dr visit.
