Great tools..Been buying from them for the past five years

Bad, bad business. The Arborist came to my house when I was not home (I explicitly said in MULTIPLE emails what time to come) and was barely here 10 minutes. After many days, I finally get an email from Karen that says the Arborist can write the report for $200+ !! I told her my grievances and exactly how they could redeem their business (if they would just provide the report). Karen emails: "obviously we cannot make you happy" -- what ?? These are also her words: "Obviously, we are not going to be able to satisfy you. I suggest you call another Registered Consulting Arborist. I am taking my 84 & 85-year old parents back to Wisconsin early Friday morning to see my ailing 83-year old uncle. So, I am trying to keep things in perspective and not let your words upset me. I walked into the "Artistic Arborist" on a Monday 4 weeks ago to ask about treatment for aphids on my trees. I was told someone would get back to me that week to schedule the treatment. No one called. Week 2, I called to find out when I might be scheduled. I was told only one person, Tim, handles the treatments and he was out with the flu. So on week three I called again and was told Tim was back and would call me. He did not call. Week 4: Tim's back but the receptionist says he isn't scheduling chemical treatments that week. (??) Well today is the beginning of week five so I called and asked to speak to the scheduler directly. (I had only been able to speak with receptionists to that point.) He refused to speak to me directly! The receptionist came back on the line saying he still wasn't ready to schedule any chemical treatments. At that point I said forget it....
