Our experience at Travers Autoplex was very good. Our sales person Anthony was very courteous and helpful. We would recommended them to anyone looking for a good clean automobile.

Traveling home to northern Indiana from southern Missouri when all the sudden we heard noise from driver's side front. Grabbed the first exit and to our extreme good luck as it turned out Travers Autoplex and RV is right there. I went in and explained to them. They immediately accommodated myself and my wife as well as our dog. Got our car in as soon as possible and ascertained the problem. Right front tire was all but blown. They are currently in the process of replacing all four with brand new.
My wife and I can't offer enough praise and gratitude!!! Everyone was kind and thoughtful. I don't think our puppy has ever had that much attention offered up by so many people. Thanks!!

Took our RV to Travers Autoplex & RV for extensive repairs. Cannot say enough good things about their service. Jeff Johnson (RV Service Advisor) took the lead as our account manager, making sure all work was completed and that every detail met our expectations. Brandi Friedmann (RV Automotive Parts Consultant) handled our billing questions and communication with the service technicians. Francisco Cubas (RV Service Technician) quickly assessed and repaired all trouble spots—coming up with creative ways to make cosmetic repairs blend in with the vehicle. Even those persons we did not spend a lot of time with (e.g., Anthony, Donna, and Graeme) made sure our questions and concerns were communicated to the right person.
