I had my rear patio resurfaced by Transylvania concrete coatings on sept 10, The job was done by William and George who were on time and completed our project in one day as advertised. They did an outstanding job and made sure everything was perfect before leaving . Also our design consultant Victoria was instrumental in helping us choose a pattern of surface which was most attractive for our patio, and answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. We really liked the 15 yr warranty offered by the company which was a major selling point in our decision to have the work done. The price was even better than we expected and this was also a factor. Overall a very satisfying experience and a great company to do business with.!!

Wow - What a difference!! The quality is beyond what I had expected.

The communication was top notch. From the time we met with Vince for our estimate to the communication the day the team arrived, the communication was one of the best I have experienced from any service team. They confirmed the appointment, reconfirmed the day prior and arrived on time the day of installation.

I had a few crack in the floor. They weren't extensive from a gap perspective, but cracks none-the-less. The team worked to sand each of the cracks and add a material to seal the cracks. Following the installation, I couldn't tell you where the cracks were. Everything looks great!!

Our salesman, Vince, explained the entire process and walked us through all of our options. He told us what the expected timeline would be. Despite the extremely hot summer in our area, they moved the installation up a week. The two installers did an outstanding job. They were very meticulous through each step of the process.
