Transylvania Concrete Coatings

This is a tough review to write as my experience was not the best with this company until I started to work with Tiffany. Unlike my salesman and owner who ignored my emails and phone calls, Tiffany respected me as a customer paying a high price for their services and made things happen that everyone else in their office ignored. She was professional, attentive, listened to my concerns, returned my calls and not to mention the sweetest person to talk to! Victor was in charge of the installation and was also very professional and wanted to make sure that everything was perfect during the process. The end result is wonderful hence the 5 stars. I just wish my experience with the company as a whole was just as good. Cancelling my install days a week prior to install due to rain (which it never did rain), not showing up on scheduled install days (while I took off from work) and no return...

Great company to work with

Highly Recommend this company. The team that came out was a father/son combo and they were amazing. They have been doing coatings for over 20 years and knew of, and have used, all the differernt products. They arrived as planned and worked very quickly. The job came out beautiful.

I had the Transylvania Concrete co transform my pool from a concrete base to a beautiful Tidal Wave Blue/gray finish.
Jose, Barcell, Jayden and Clarence was my team. They worked thru an excessively hot day non stop. They did a great job. I was impressed with how attention to detail they were. The more I watched , the more confident I became in their expertise.
One example was they kept a keen eye on the weather. Rain would have stopped the job dead. With rain in the forecast they worded through the day to get done with enough dry time. The first day rain was going to happen in the late evening. These guys worked thru the day for about ten hours to get down to the primer coating that needed time to dry. It did, it rained and did no damage. The second day the same forecast. The men worked all day to complete the last two coatings. Even touched up the coping paint they...

Victor and Harry did a great job. we had a rubber floor put in a porch. which is in the house, a little rubber smelling but hope that dissipates with time. I am very happy with how it turned out. it looks great. the guys were nice and friendly.
