Destiny Polamalu is so professional and kind! She made the process of selling our home fun all-while the first stages of COVID quarantine had started. Destiny really went above and beyond to reassure our decision was right, during the COVID outbreak. We were confused, scared, but at the end of the day we felt safe and in the right hands. I am not a review type of guy, mainly because my mama always said that if you don't have anything good to say, don't say anything at all. This is a case where I feel the need to share. After 18 years in our home, my wife and I decided to sell. We contacted Mark and Kelly Townsend and asked them to share their thoughts on the homes value etc. They promptly came to the house and gave their pro opinion. I thanked them and indicated that we wanted to think on it. We did call them several times with multiple questions during the not sure what we want to do stage... Mark and Kelley always had spot on answers to our sometimes difficult questions that were shared with flawless ease.
