First time experience with Top Mops and couldn’t be more pleased. Totally exceeded my expectations. They were professional and thorough through out the process. Particularly impressed with the manner in taking my inquiry and their communications skills in describing their abilities, understanding of my inquiry and provided proposal. Absolutely no question as to expectations, price and accessibility. While the telephone conversation was great, the follow-up documentation confirmed all we had discussed.
