Top Mops got us in quickly for a deep clean (Katelynn was fantastic at customer service). We have four kids under 4 who still take naps and the technicians (Lily, Makayla and Ayanna) were flexible with moving around, being quiet or prioritizing rooms so we could still have all four kids naps. They were quick, professional and very kind. It was a pleasure to use their services and it took a huge mental load off as a busy mom. We look forward to having them back!

I requested a move-in cleaning with Top Mops. Ayanna and Neli did a walk-through with me and we discussed what I wanted to be cleaned. They were very good about clarifying my cleaning needs and also provided advice on the best methods and products to use. Both were friendly, worked hard, and asked for my assessment as they went.
