There should be more than 5 stars available for Judith. She helped my mother sell a rental property in Nampa. It was nice to find a hard working very knowledgeable realtor in the area to help her. (we are both out of state) Judith had an uncanny ability to predict and understand the market. She went above and beyond a realtors responsibility to get the home listed and sold. We received a number of offers in the first weekend. One was her buyer and it was actually the highest offer but there was also a cash offer that was just too good to resist. All the offers received were within a few thousand dollars of the listing price and a few of them were above the listing price. Not so high that we thought we left anything on the table.
