Fantastic experience! I called Tog Dog to have our dryer vent inspected and replaced. The unit installed by the builder (Ryan Homes - Potomac Shores) would get clogged every 4-6 months. At minimum should be least a year. Luke came out to our house, immediately diagnosed the problem (turns out this unit is the totally wrong model for dryer vents), removed the old one, installed a more suitable model, and replaced the shingles surrounding the vent hole.
