I met Luke from Top Dog Home Pro when he came to our home and he explained everything. He was very professional. He went up on the roof and took pictures. He came down and reviewed the pictures with me. Then he walked me around the home and specifically showed me where there was damage (to very old shingles). Because of the yard angle, I was able to see on parts of my roof what he explained. Then in a day or two, he sent the estimate with pictures. He answered my questions and I was convinced that Top Dog Home Pro was the company for us.
I checked out two other roofing companies. One of those companies said he didn't have to get up on the roof to give an estimate which struck me as odd. My roof had damage, so how could a roof inspector give me a true estimate of what it would cost. I didn't want to be surprised with a substantially higher bill than what the estimate was....
