Terrible products and customer service. We spent over $300 on 22 Arborvitae trees, 2 white dogwood, and 2 pink dogwood trees. What we received was a small box with some pitiful 4-6" cut-off branches with some roots and 4 dead-looking dogwoods. We contacted them by email as they have no phone number and per the website request and it says someone will respond within 24 hours. That was on Friday, here it is Tuesday, and still haven't been able to talk with someone. Do yourself a favor and find a local nursery and deal directly with them. We bought 4ft Arborvitae trees for $27 and 7ft dogwoods for $24. Don't deal with these crooks! Check the Better Business Bureau and you will see for yourself they do this all the time to customers.

Ordered two sets last fall of bare root trees (Paw Paw) - one small size and one medium. The two small trees arrived and looked decent. A couple of months later (the end of November) the larger ones arrived; an extra was included for a total of three but all were simply sticks. No roots, only able to tell which end was which by the residual dirt on one end. Planted all per directions (and as i have planted other trees from other nurseries in the past) and so far nothing but dead sticks. Even the small ones that showed promise were dry and brittle. Well, they were cheap so I suppose that I got what I paid for. For what it's worth, I wrote the company several weeks ago over the issue and, unsurprisingly, have heard absolutely nothing back.

I didn’t love tn nursery because it takes way to long to deliver I’ve been waiting for my package since march 26 and it is now April 18. I’ve contacted customer service to which they responded that it would be shipped the next day. I asked for a tracking number to which I got no response. Overall unprofessional.

Very ease to order and the plants are arriving in excellent condition .
