4th order I've purchased. Shipping is slow, but this one never showed up. Ordered on April 9th, shipped April 17, sat in one place for 4 days according to tracking, was supposed to arrive by April 24th but as of 25 April has been "moving in the system" since the 23rd.

It's been almost one month since placing and paying for this order, yet it has not yet been shipped! I have made 2 inquiries, the latest the beginning of this week. Each time the response is the same: "You will receive an email when your order is shipped"! Orders placed with other online plant vendors SINCE placing this order with you, have been received and already planted!!! Please advise as to what is causing this delay. Thank you.

Shipping is entirely to long, will update once I actually receive my order. So far not impressed

No way to contact them after an order is placed. My order is already a month late and at this point I'm just trying to cancel and get a refund
I've tried emailing and calling, mulitple times. If you call their customer service number you'll be directed to email and promised a reply within 24 hours. I'm still waiting on a reply and it's been almost a week.
I placed an order before doing any real research on the business because the prices looked good. After my order didn't show up I started doing more research on this company. Needless to say I'm not the only one having issues with them. Do yourself a favor and check out their BBB rating and complaints!

I purchased some fruit trees from the company, great pricing and customer service is great too.

Trees arrived well packaged and healthy . Love the bogo deals. When 2 were missing I received prompt and courteous service.

Never got my order. No response to emails.
