I paid for 3 sycamore trees, seedlings, and received 2 dead trees and 1 root that had a couple seedlings come up from. I didn't pay for roots and wanted 1 stalk. These came end of April, should of had leaves. I was very disappointed! Sycamores are very easy to grow! This should NOT have happened. Wrote to them w pictures, no response. Asked if I should mail back, no response!!!!

TN Nursery Replied: We send dormant, bare-root plants. They look dead, but they are just dormant. I do not see any emails from you to customer service. Orders are covered with a one-year warranty. If your trees are dead, send pictures with a scratch test to customerservice@tennesseewholesalenursery.com.
