I'm mixed. Good luck getting a response if you have an issue with your order. Had a plant missing from my VERY large order, figured it wouldn't be hard to make it right, been trying to get it fixed for weeks with minimal response. Don't think it's getting fixed. So won't be buying again. Plants were as advertised, dormant so be aware and be ready to work with them. They were "large" but only because they were spindly. The trees were better than the bushes. I would have felt better about my order maybe if customer service wasn't non-existent for spending hundreds of my dollars. So I guess they aren't interested in repeat business, which says a lot.
Edit: an extremely late response is better than none at all. Your shipping tracking said "shipped and delivered". Probably should update your shipping services as well as product pages to reflect what's...

I apologize for the lack of response from customer service, but I believe I have figured out the issue. The butterfly bush on your order is not set to ship until the fall. Fall orders start to ship at the end of October.
