Terrible experience, if I could do zero stars I would. I place two orders. I never got all of the plants from my first order. When I asked for them to be delivered or for a refund they refused because I don't have a picture of the plants they didn't send. Since they broke down the order into several shipments I had no way of knowing they were supposed to be in the box. Several plants died within the first week. I know plants are finicky, but I planted the same species in the same location from other suppliers and they are thriving. Overall about 60% of my plants lived, they may have been dead upon arrival.
I waited weeks for my second order. When I inquired with customer service about a delivery date and that I would need to cancel since the shipment was so late, instead of cancelling they told me they are waiting on supplies and would contact me when they were ready to...
