I have bought many things through this company with mixed results. In the fall I purchased a sassafras tree with 5 other plants and the tree did not come out of dormancy. I message via their online chat service and asked them what to do. The person on the online chat feature told me to take a picture of the tree and send it into their customer service email. I did just what they asked me to do and got rid of the tree after I was informed of what they needed. Now they are saying that I needed to send a scratch test pic (not informed in the chat message) and they will not honor their warranty because I can't take the scratch test pic (again not told to do this before it was too late).
