I've ordered twice from them. The first time went well since I placed my order online and they shipped good plants. The second time I had questions. The office employee (OE) told me that they would work with me on shipping dates to make certain that our plants arrived at a time that we could plant them. She said I could change the shipping date as late as 24 hours before scheduled to ship. I emailed, and they responded with a follow up email and phone call, changing our shipping date from April 8 to a delivery date of April 5. When I called the morning of April 5 to check on the delivery status, two different employees told me that it was not scheduled to ship until the 8th. The OE that had helped me change my order delivery date was apologetic and told me that she would place my order on hold. Shipping on specified days is usually not a problem. Your order could've been printed twice, so the office person thought she was holding it, but the other copy was in the warehouse (being packed to be shipped). I apologize for the situation.
