My experience ordering six creeping phlox was terrible. The plants arrived in a plastic gallon bag along with a six-module plastic tray. The plants and dirt had dumped from the tray and were lying at the bottom of the plastic bag. Four plants were about 4" tall including their root systems. Two plants had been separated from their roots, and I never found the roots in the loose dirt. I requested replacements, which I was initially promised, but then told it will be some time before new specimens can be shipped.For the price i paid, this whole experience feels like a scam. Caveat emptor!

In response to the owner's comment after I posted this, yes, I was told I would get a replacement order, but I was not given a timelime: "The warehouse just let me know it will be a while before we get more phlox so that I can reship."

I'm sorry, I ordered some bamboo, paid $60, and expected a small plant, but in reality, I got a giant box with 5 sticks in a plastic bag. They said the plant was dormant, so to plant it and give it time, it would grow. Spring has sprung, everything is thriving, and the bamboo is gone. My five little sticks fell over and are gone. Now they want photo which I give them, and they say they want better photos, but there is nothing better since the little sticks didn't make it. I am out money and so much for them standing behind their product. I wish you could trust people, but the internet is a few hundred miles away, and customer service is out the window. I say don't buy.
