Awful experience, do not buy from this nursery. I was excited to order from them because they seemed to be a reputable merchant, however, this was not my experience. I ordered six 5ft-6ft pawpaw trees but when they arrived they we barely over 3ft tall. I contacted customer service who asked for picture proof which I was happy to provide. They responded and said they would refund the difference between the tree size I ordered and those I received... $12. I told them this was not a suitable solution as they were not the product I had ordered and I did not want 3ft trees. And to call these trees is an insult to trees everywhere- they are sticks at best. I offered to send them back but they never responded and just issued the refund. In the correspondence I had with their customer support, they never provided their name which to me is a big red flag, not to mention highly unprofessional....

I ordered persimmon trees and arrived totally dead, not dormant, but dead with roots dry and molding. After repeated complaints I was asked to send pictures and I did. They said they will issue store coupons for the price of the trees leaving me with a loss of some $12.00 charged for shipping and of course. Most frustrating was missing a whole season. What saddens me is how anyone with any sense of shame ships those goods. No one could have missed that these trees were totally dead!

Be cause it said buy one get one free but was charged for two will I get four or is another scam

They told me they would refund me the size difference... $12. I told them I did not want these trees as they were not what I ordered and told them I would be happy to send them back. They never responded. Instead, they sent the refund and removed the 4-5ft tree option from this product on their site- likely because they realized they were falsely advertising that they had trees this big. Lastly, to call these trees is appalling- they are sticks at best.

When I placed my order on May 13, 2024, I was expecting delivery of my dogwood trees in 7-14 business days. Since I had not received any shipping notification, I finally inquired about my order on May 29, 2024. Customer service informed me that the trees would not be Shipped out until "fall."

The website should be more clear about when the items you order will be shipped BEFORE THE PURCHASE IS COMPLETED. If I had known the trees were not currently available, I would never have ordered.
