I am so happy I discovered TN Nurseries. My daughter who was recently diagnosed with MS loves plants, flowers, trees etc. Trying to buy as many as I can for her to plant while she can. On March 20 2024 I received a confirmation for the order placed for Tiger Lilies for my elderly aunt in California for her birthday. Weeks later I never received a shipping notice after repeated email to their contact. I phoned them and was told they had a problem with some shipping issues, the plants would be shipped soon. I waited a month and still no plants. I called them again, the problem with shipping was resolved and the order will be sent to fulfillment. That was last month. It is now May 30, 2024 and still no confirmation of shipment or plants. Many emails of sales no delivery.

Poor Plant Quality and Unhelpful Customer Service

I purchased several plants in April and unfortunately, my experience has been quite disappointing. The plants arrived and did not look healthy and despite following all recommended care instructions, they started to deteriorate almost immediately and died within a week.

I contacted customer service hoping to resolve the issue and get replacements. I was told to wait a few weeks as they only ship “dormant” plants… Everything I received was not dormant and had leaves. Regardless, the instructed me to give the plants a few weeks and let everything else in the yard/garden starts to green up and reach out if there were any issues at that point.
I have since reached out and now they are stating that the plants I ordered may not bloom until next year and then I would have to give them more time.

TN Nursery Replied: Plants planted below the surface of the soil in warmer months will not come up until the following spring. This is why we offer a one-year warranty. We will honor the warranty, but we must give the plants time.
