I’ve never left a bad review before, but I finally have had enough of their “customer service” and feel obligated.

I purchased 100 white oaks, 100 yellow daylilies, and 50 high bush blueberries in March 2022. They didn’t ship the order until May, in hot weather, and the blueberry plants arrived riddled with mold and all of the leaves having rotted. (Also, the yellow daylilies turned out to be orange, but I can live with that.)

After trying for weeks to save the blueberries, then months negotiating with customer service, they agreed to send me replacements for the blueberries the next season.

They never did, and when I reached out they told me that management decided they would only offer a credit. So I looked at their site again and during the interim, they increased the price of the blueberries, so that my credit will only get me 8...
