TN Nursery

I ordered 2 Sassafras trees, @ Black Gum trees, and 2 Elm trees In April. I live in Ohio, but I could have drove to Tennessee multiple times by the time I got part of my order in May. They appear to be sticks with some roots. Hope they look batter soon. They still look like sticks. And it is now June 9th. Have yet to receive my Black Gum sticks. Sent an email. Awaiting a response. If it is like waiting for my sticks, it may be awhile! Since there ain"t no Zero, I give you a one! Just received an answer via google review since they did not bother answering my Email. Not shipping my other sticks until fall. Would have been nice had they shared that info with me before. I feel as though they have ripped off this 67 year old widow. Way to go TN Nursery! Just received dead rotted plants that are nothing more than a slight what was a part of a root for which was to be buy one get one free but failed to send the free part. Very sad order was shipped. Do not know how they can stay in business sending poor quality plants.

Responded to their response and I was told they were fine and, "I think that the Cone flowers will be ok. Go ahead and plant those please." Even as I explained that they are mush and fall apart just by touching them.

Do not purchase online. I ordered 16 of one plant and 2 of another on the buy one get one free “promotion” they advertise. My order showed $117 when I went to checkout. After I entered my credit card info and checked out, I was charged $220. I immediately reached out to the company via phone call to explain the situation. They told me they would look into the matter and get back with me. After 3 days I did not hear back so I called again with no one answering my call. I then started emailing them regarding the issue. I was told they would mark my order and double ship (send me 4 of the one item and 32 of the other item). Fast forward 5 weeks, I had not received ANY of the items (even though the website states items shipped within 7-10 days). I called and emailed the company with no answers. I opened a dispute with my credit card company. Miraculously 5 days later I received 2 plants...

It has been 18 days since since I placed my order and I am now told that it will be another 10 to 14 business days before they will ship. I have ordered the same plants from another nursery and received very healthy plants in 10 calendar days from time of order. I do not understand why this nursery takes so long to ship. I would hope that if they did not have adequate inventory they would have told me at the time of order.

My order was placed on April 17th with an expected shipment in 7-10 business days. On May 9th I sent them an email asking for the status on my order as I was soon leaving the country and would not be home to accept delivery. I never heard back. On May 19th I sent another email asking for the status of my order and again heard nothing back. I then began calling them. The number was constantly busy. I tried for numerous days. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company and the charge was removed from my card. On June 7th I received an email saying my items were on the way. These people are a joke.

The ferns were shipped bare root and arrived neatly packaged in a box and the different varieties were sorted into plastic bags. I followed their instructions and now have vibrant ferns! Highly recommend TN Nursery!
