Never received my order!!

I ordered a butterfly bush in April I have not received it but my debit card was charged for it. So hard to give a good commitment. Gaylen

The plants have a very healthy root system on them. I'll know better later in the summer when the Bee balm becomes established. The packaging was excellent. I'll buy again.

Three of my plants are not doing good and they’re giving me a hard time about issuing a refund. The plants are dead. I want my money back or I’m just going to reach out to my credit card company and perform a chargeback. Avoid doing business with this company.

Submitting a claim for dead plants is astronomically hard and not worth my time and effort. I just won’t do business with them again. I will be reaching out to my credit card company to issue a charge back.

I never got my entire order of plants (1 of 2 burning Bushes, 1 of 5 Wintergreen Boxwood plants. They asked TWICE for pictures of what I received, but have NEVER RESPONDED to my emails. I now want a refund, but I doubt I’ll hear from them. The one Burning Bush they sent me is dead.

But, then I get the 2 new Burning Bush trees (two photos of healthy trees) from “Fast Growing Trees!” WHAT A DIFFERENCE !!!!!

Easy website to use, wonderful detail in description of plants. Excited to get my plants I just ordered.
UPDATE: RECEIVED ORDER
I received my order yesterday. I ordered 2-blanket flowers. They came in a 8x10, bubble lined envelope.(photo 1) Inside was a crumbled up brown paper bag with 2-blanket flowers written in it. (photo 2). Inside were 2-bare root plants. No insects, appears healthy. (photo 3) Planted immediately and will give another update in a month or so.
UPDATE: 06_25_2024 BOTH PLANTS ARE DEAD. :-(

I Did not love TN Nursery because:
All of the Loblolly Pine Seedlings Died.
All of the Red Oak Tree Seedlings Died
Half of the Red Maple Seedlings Died
Half of the Willow Oak Seedlings Died
