I am happy with the plants I purchased, they look very healthy and can’t wait to plant them!

Beware! Also these google reviews for this company are not accurate, search for more reviews of this company. I will never do business again! I spent hundreds of dollars on some trees and they came as dead sticks. Not as described or what I was expected. Total waste of money. I reached out several times and told to fill out a form both times, which I did and still no follow-up. Awful plants and awful customer service.

I received plants in a timely manor and the best part they have plenty of roots and were very healthy looking. I have purchased from many other online nurseries costing me $100 or more and the plants did not look anything like from TN nurseries. They all died no matter what I did to try and save them.

Now I hope my green thumb takes over helps them bloom.

Plants came in as expected. Included good documentation. Very hopeful for the spring.

Ordered plants online. They were shipped quickly and arrived in great shape. I had clear instructions on how to plant these (a Blue Flag Iris and Sensitive Fern). Can't wait to see them in the Spring!!

Unfortunately all the plants that were shipped to me have died…. I still believe that you shipped them a month too late — 100 degree weather plus the fact that they sat in a hot mail truck and then in a hot mail box packed in plastic bags.
I had a flower built around these plants — Daisies, Bllack-eyed Susans, and Larkspur. Because of their size and fragile condition, I couldn’t plant them in their bed with the temperatures the way it was; so I put them in pots in my morning garden to recover. The Daisies were just too weak, the B-E Susans didn’t recover from the mold that they incurred in their plastic bags and the Larkspur never broke ground.
Because of the poor condition that they arrived in and the fact that I had to purchase other plants to put into the new bed, I am requesting a refund of $59.17.

I am very dissatisfied with TN nursery because I ordered 6 of the 3-4 foot trees. They were sent 6 weeks after my planting season began even after several requests to ship. 3 of the trees died with the remaining 3 trees struggling. The guarantee is a joke. Their link does not work. They do not replace or refund for dead plants, only give INSTORE CREDIT. With price increases and having to pay for shipping AGAIN, my credit only replaced ONE tree. So not only am I down a whole year of growing season, the time and effort of planting, watering, etc., but also TWO trees. I will not recommend this nursery nor will I ever use it again. Hopefully my replacement tree grows since the credit for it won't be enough to replace the replacement.

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER!!! 6 emails sent over the course of a month all with photos and videos. They never seriously responded. All they did was ask for additional pics, then after receiving them I got zilch assistance.
There is NO customer service number. The number rings to sales and while ssles may commiserate with you nothing happens. They sent 2 bags of moss - crumbled, tiny pieces. Their suppliers ripped the moss up they threw it in the bag. A kindergartener would have know better.
Another moss was rolled up from a forest floor. Sales admitted it. It was full of pine needles, growing weeds and grasses. It’s now browned out.
Money out the window. This company is as bad as an internet scam. I shouldn’t have ignored the poor reviews. They have no quality or ethical standards. Period.

TN Nursery has an endless selection of plants and trees you can’t find easily in your home town ! Used them once before and had excellent success. Two green thumbs up 👍🏼
