You offered me free shipping using SAVE5. I entered the info but as I see now with a review of the order you have charged me $10.20 in shipping charges. Not happy at all, and I doubt there will be any repeat business. Not cool!

Price was good, shipping was fast, but only 1 out of 2 of the bare root red osier dogwoods sent to me grew. The other is till totally unchanged months later. The big win here was supposed to be the BOGO but for the price and only 1 growing, I won’t buy from this source again.

Easy to use

I have found it very easy to order from TN Nursery. The plants that I have already received are in great condition .

I do not understand why you are rushed to order to receive a coupon. I would have purchased more items if I would have had more time to shop. I hope to receive my items in September…cannot review them now.

While they appear to have a lot of good reviews, my experience was not that good.

Overall, I received poor communication, very slow delivery, then only received 1 of the two items ordered.

I ordered Creeping Phlox & Red Hot Poker (plants) at the end of May, then I didn't receive any notifications about shipping so I followed up on June 4th, 6th, & 12th then received an email telling me I'd get an email w/shipping info, June 13th they said will ship by end of June.

I cancelled the order, and received a reply asking me to hold off until end of June.

July 5th I received the Phlox but not the Red Hot Poker & no info on the Red Hot Pokers. After sending a couple more emails I finally was told I'd get a refund on July 18th.

I probably wont order from them again unless they have a really...
