I'm really disappointed in the customer service I received. I picked this nursery because it looked like they were able to ship certain fruit trees to my state, I had been searching and searching for an online vendor so I had been checking requirements. I ordered in Jan/Feb and in March I checked and now I saw that I would be unable to receive part of the order. I emailed immediately informing them of this and they gave me a gift card for the part of the order I couldn't receive to my state. I was going to just be fine with that, but the plants I could get NEVER shipped. Spring came and went and I didn't receive anything and I had no communication about it. I checked in at the end of May, they told me to wait. Finally on June 30th I still hadn't received anything so I emailed and asked for a full refund as it was summer and I still didn't receive my plants. They responded a July 1...
