TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Don’t buy from them there are plenty of other more reputable nurseries out there with customer service that will help you.

I see from other reviews below that they state they have a one year warranty. I have an email from stating I had one day to report the shipping damage.

To date 1/4 of my order was never sent and the plants I did receive were sent US mail instead of UPS and after 20 days in transit during a heatwave arrived slimy and dead.

So it’s a one day warranty or a one year warranty for receiving dead plants? Not that it matters because they stopped responding to me and never sent the rest of my order.

I will proceed to dispute the credit card transaction.

TN Nursery Replied: The remaining items were shipped yesterday. You should've received an email with tracking information. As for the other issues, we have a strict 24 hour window to be notified of any issues with an order received. Your order was delivered on July 8th, but you did not reach out until July 30th.

I was emailed a Free Shipping for the next 14 minutes and I immediately went to my cart and clicked Place Order. It Did Not give me the Free Shipping! Please refund my shipping. Thank you
