They sell crap. List as "plants" and I get dead molded roots, got 1 answer back " plant it, it will grow" NO IT WILL NOT IT IS NOT VIABLE and IT'S MOLDY- now no one will answer back. I am not new to gardening and growing, I know a dead root when I see one.And what kind of mold is on the root, you think I am going to put THAT in my garden? Better Business and the TN Dept/Licensing is order to get my money back. And no; they do not have a 1 year warranty or they would honor it with the pictures I sent. They need to be put out of business period. EDIT: I received this response on here from them, Contact customer service email. I'm Sorry who do you think I have been corresponding with and then they ghosted me? CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL Jeez see proof they will not honor the 1 year warranty if they will not contact you back, ghost you, money lost.

5 stars based on purchasing experience and availability of a variety of plants. I have not received my order but was asked to review now so that's all I can go on. Will update after receiving plants if there is an option.

I’ve made several purchases and so far… it’s been good. I receive my orders in a timely matter. I had an issue with one of my orders, Ostrich fern which hasn’t come forth. I messaged TN, and their response was quick.

I was expecting the Moss I ordered (Order #1002145790), preparing an area, all excited !!!!! I have yet to receive, i understand it takes awhile, and you folks may not be the problem, BUT as I track the Moss, its in my city (been there for days), "in transit" as of Aug.13, with no updates..........
Again i understand IF it's "USPS", but i do not know if these Mosses are drying out or sitting Hot somewhere...... I guess i will have to sit and wait and see if they ever arrive ???? Not sure you can check on this , it would be helpful, THX for ANY help on this.
