Would give a zero if possible. I ordered 2 pawpaw and 2 Spicebush. I got 2 Spicebush and 2 persimmon. I returned the persimmon and got the correct pawpaw and planted them using the directions provided. The following spring only 1 pawpaw had 1 leaf on it then it died. The other 3 never showed any signs of life. I contacted TN and they told me to wait a bit, I did, still nothing. They then told me that sometimes it can take over a year for them to grow (great since there is only a 1 year warranty). Contacted them again in which they told me to send pictures of the scratch test, which I did of all 4, and they would send me a store credit after reviewing it. I then got an email telling me to take more pictures because the ones I sent of the pawpaw were of the same picture. They were not the same picture, they just looked alike because they were both dead sticks. This was over a month ago...

Super easy process to pick out trees according to growing zone! Really big fan of the 1 year guarantee and the bogo free promotion. Excited to get the trees in!
