Ordered plants in May and received an email stating the plants would ship in June. Only received one plant, the red poker plants never ship. August I received a gift card in my email for the amount of the plants that did not ship. Emailed requesting a refund as I am not planning on ordering from here again. Reply was they only give gift cards for verified dead plants….replied back saying I never submitted a claim for dead plants..looks like I am out my money
