I love TK Nursery because it was so easy to order. They gave information about the item and what zone the item will flourish in. I also got buy one tree and get one free. I am so excited to receive them.

Painless.

Normally they are great but their buy one get one free sale was complete false advertising. They gave me the same order I had ordered before but told me to "just divide it." Very disappointed as it was nice to have a semi-local native plant nursery.

I have not received this order and have tried several times to contact you. So far have not heard anything from you. I would like to know if this order is going to be shipped, if not I would like the money to be credited back on my card!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. 1. their website does not work properly. I ordered 100 of the creeping phlox. I paid a little over $60. 6 plants arrived that looked dead as a doornail. 2. We called and the lady on the phone was so incredibly rude and flippant. She insisted that I only ordered 3 plant. I told her that there is something massively wrong with their site, because it showed 100 plants for $60 and her attitude was dismissive and nasty. You need to teach your people proper customer service, they have none. When they are rude to people, you won't have repeat customers. I for one will never be a repeat customer, I will never ever order from this place again. I should have looked at other reviews before I did because they are a bad company. I left a review on their site and they won't even post it. This is not an ethical company by any means. Its best to buy from...

Good website that is easy to use.

I got my Yarrow and Blue Vervain today in the mail.

Roots look healthy but small. We shall see in the spring if they come out or not.
