The first order I made took over a year to receive. The trees died so I contacted them. The following fall (2023)they finally replaced the trees. I planted the trees and waited. Fast fwd to now and the trees are dead again.
This time I took pictures to show proof the trees were dead.
Instead of replacing my 2 trees they sent me a store credit that doesn't even cover the cost of ONE tree.
So it's not just money I've waisted here, it's TIME out of my life dealing with this nonsense that I'll never get back.
