I don't see a gift card credit in my spam folder ! Your warranty policy states that the credit will show at checkout . Please explain? Will I receive a gift card , via my email used to place the order,,with a credit to use towards a future purchase, or, in will the credit be in my TN account at checkout during a purchase? Either way, I still have not received a credit nor apology for my inconvenience!
