I don't see a gift card credit in my spam folder ! Your warranty policy states that the credit will show at checkout . Please explain? Will I receive a gift card , via my email used to place the order,,with a credit to use towards a future purchase, or, in will the credit be in my TN account at checkout during a purchase? Either way, I still have not received a credit nor apology for my inconvenience!

Horrible company, more than half of the trees were dead and never grew, no response from claim and they charged 3x’s the amount for UPS delivery. Buyer beware, scam company with no integrity.
