I just disputed my purchase of creeping phlox with my credit card company. These were seedlings with a few tiny white roots. Had to pot them, no way they could be planted. Died over two weeks. No way I'm waiting a year to 'file a claim'. Completely misrepresented
Update - should have read the reviews before ordering. Reading now, more than half are one star for sending dead plants and moldy roots. Too bad you have to give any stars.

TN Nursery Replied: I apologize, but the tops of these will die off and come back in the spring. If the plants do not come back, then we can file a warranty claim for you. Please keep an eye on these in the spring, you should have beautiful plants.
