I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED A CREDIT , NOR A REPLY FROM YOU , REGARDING YOUR REPLY TO THIS REVIEW !!! Your website warranty info reads that a credit will be available in the customers account and visible, during checkout . Such is not the case, for my account. Can you please resolve this issue before Spring 2025? I most likely will be filing a warranty claim for the Chinease Snowball , Yarrow, and Red Daylilly's that I have to wait 1 year to bloom, although we know they most likely will not!

I am a new customer who , this past April, placed 2 orders: 1 for weigela and chinease snow ball , the 2nd for red daylilly, and yarrow. The weigela is dead , submitted pics of scratch test , told to complete warranty form, I have yet to receive a reply, or credit....
