I bought over $100 of bare root plants and none sprouted a single leaf. The customer service is garbage and could hardly follow up on emails. Ultimately didn't even offer to replace what was purchased after many emails with photos of dead plants. They expect (1) plant in the fall (2) don't expect leaves until early summer and (3) if nada, dig it up and somehow find the dead roots that you planted 6 mo ago so you can send a photo. They even include a disclaimer in the box that says something like 'don't worry they look shriveled and dead, promise they will grow.' Well they do not stand behind this promise.
EDIT AND RESPONSE TO THE SELLER: I have sent the requested photos and followed up multiple times without response. I also requested a change in email address which I acknowledge contributes to a portion of miscommunication but I'm not getting a reply either way. I've...
