I ordered a persimmon tree. It was bare root. I gave it every chance and ultimately it died. I filled out a warranty claim with the scratch test picture and have not heard a word from anyone yet.

My bamboo plant arrived dead. I did not receive a replacement. Received store credit and the cost for the plant was higher.

TN Nursery Replied: I apologize, the prices can fluctuate. The store credit doesn't expire if you want to wait on reordering.

I have been buying for many years, but l find it’s hit or miss with the plants. Customer service lacks communication and you find yourself chasing the customer service for assistance or answers.
I had a credit as plants that were sent didn’t make it, they were poorly to begin with. TN Nursery refused to honor their warranty and l ended up with no recourse from them. I would steer you elsewhere as what you order can very often lead to receiving product that is substandard and they do not honor credits or warranty of the plants.
