I ordered six trees of which five never bloomed. TN refused to replace the dead trees they sent me. I provided them with pictures of the planted dead trees and they would not respond to my inquiries. I am an experienced gardner and more than provided the proper TLC for these trees. Very disappointed.

Please attach scratch test pictures to the claim form. Management will review your claim. If the trees are verified dead, they will issue you in-store credit.
