I’d give them less than zero stars if I could. I ordered plants in the spring for a Mother’s Day gift, then was told they wouldn’t ship until Fall. I wasn’t happy because I don’t recall seeing that on the order form (and customer service was curt), but I was willing to accept it as my mistake. Still no sign of the plants as of a week ago, so I email to check in and am told they won’t arrive until November. I asked for a refund as the ground is already near freezing in the NE (by November there will be no hope of planting them, let alone seeing them survive since they’ll be newly planted when the serious cold kicks in here) and was told they were already “processing” even though we still had two weeks until November.
