Tn nursery just called me about a recent order. I had problems with the pitch pine trees that I had ordered. I sent emails back to them about the problem and at first didn't hear back from them. However they called me this afternoon and spoke to a very pleasant lady about my trees. She told me she would resend out my trees for me and was very present. I will continue ordering from them.
