Trees arrived quickly and healthy. Will buy from again

Bought some boxwoods in early March and they’re all dead now. I planted other shrubs from a different nursery in the same area and they’re thriving so I definitely think it’s the quality of the plants TN sent to me. They arrived as twigs and only grew a few inches since March and they all died off, while my other shrubs from the other nursery were less than 1’ high when I bought them and now they’re 3’ high. They wouldn’t honor warranty, saying I have to show pictures of scratch test. I sent them pictures of the plants as they were dying (some completely brown and others turning brown). Then I showed pictures of the area completely ripped out. It wasn’t good enough. They insisted on photos of scratch test but I can’t since the dead plants are now in a pile of other yard trimmings (photos of the pile were not sufficient either). Nowhere on their site does it say scratch test is...

I love TN nursery because You had a. pretty rare tree that i have been looking for for most of my adult life. I used to eat fruit off the Paw Paw trees in Louisiana when I was a young kid. I always wa t to find one and have not been successful until I found one from you. Easy to order and verify its in my Zone. Can’t wait to get it!

Tried this place because they were cheaper. Was supposed to have my trees by "End of Oct" per their site which is already pretty late in the season for us up north... Customer service is unwilling to help or work with customers. It's now November and no shipping date has even been scheduled. It's getting cold quick here in Michigan and the window for planting is pretty much closed. I disputed my charges, you can keep your trees. I'll get those and the 20 apple and peach trees I need for our property up north next spring from a different company.
