I ts been more than a month and I still haven't received my purchase. It was ordered I believe in late September I know it was waiting for November and it's now the 15th and I need to get them in the ground if I'm going to be able to have been used for them at all. Do NOT purchase from this nursery! It's a scam. Read the BBB complaints against them. I wish I'd done more homework before purchasing $200 of natives. They send "dormant" plants that are never going to make it. These aren't carefully dug to ensure health of the plant; they look like someone just ripped them out of the ground days ago. No packaging to help keep the roots protected or moist. Total garbage! I've reached out to customer service multiple times and included photos, still no response. Would give zero stars if I could.

I am not happy with this nursery. I ordered my tree and it was to be delivered at the end of October. Emailed to see where it was since delivery date had past. Stated due to dry weather they were delayed and would be shipped soon. It has been 2 more weeks and tree has still not been shipped and tracking is terrible.
