Salesperson on the phone was quite helpful and seemed knowledgeable about the products. Since there were issues with pricing on the website, we worked through them and I felt satisfied with her explanations and helpfulness throughout the ordering process.

They are totally fluffing their reviews and I guess cherry picking them. pull them up under BBB or Reddit you will be horrified. Purchase made mid September and trees were supposed to be delivered by late October… if by some miracle I do get them I’m fully prepared for them to be completely dead as stated in other reviews. Cherry on top of the sundae is they keep giving excusing and not willing to give a refund… who does that?!

I ordered 1- PaPa bush and 1-Elderberry bush in October. I received the PaPa very shortly after I placed the order with a card taped to the box stating the remainder of my order would be shipped shortly. I didn't receive the elderberry bushes until late November after a long drawn out back and forth with their customer service department. I didn't think I would ever get my complete order. This will be my last purchase with this company. Warning, if you do order from them only order 1 thing at a time. That way they can't pull the same thing on you that they tried to do with me.

BAD... I ordered my tree Oct 9th order was supposed to be here the latest end of OCT. I a requesting a refund due to the fact that you cannot even take the time to reply. It is now 11/22/2024 and the ground is freezing here. How exactly do I plant a tree IF you decide to ship it? I want a refund and will never order my plants or trees from your place again. Never ignore your customers as they are what keeps your business going.

I placed an order from this place on Oct 9th 2024. I have contacted them 5 times and I still dont have my items. I will find another place to go to for my perennials. I was supposed to get my order by the end of OCT 2024 latest date... it is now 11/22/2024 and no word from them because I asked for a refund. I visit their web page and the same products are set to go if you click ship now which is what I originally did. No excuse for not getting back to a customer. F for failing to do their job!!!

It’s been almost a week since I made a purchase. My order still hasn’t been shipped. I haven’t received a tracking number, or any kind of information on when this will be shipped or how long it will take. So far, I’m very unsatisfied with this business. Honestly, it’s closer to 1 star than 2….. probably won’t purchase anything from this place again, and will probably cancel this order by the end of this week if I don’t receive any reply. Who wants to wait weeks just to have an order sent?

I have been waiting months for you to ship my order of 2 weeping willow trees. I have reached out to you 9 times prior to this to get status or a ship date an only occasionally gotten a vague reply, that my order is in process. When will this order ever ship (1002159069)? Can you give me a date? Is there any way to escalate my order and get it back into a delivery status? I am very frustrated with the customer service and communication I have received from this site. Please help….

I called with a few questions and just ended up ordering over the phone and it was seamless. The lady who took my order was super friendly! I'll definitely be giving them a call when I'm ready to purchase more! 10/10 would recommend to a friend
